In short I work with words and strategies. Although I can give advice around visuals, I’m ultiamtely not a graphic designer so won’t be able to do XYZ or do a visual rebrand. I AM accustomed to working with visuals though (briefing agencies and freelancers, advice on designs etc).

Do you create social media content for clients?

As a strategy consultancy, we focus more on the strategy behind the content rather than making the content itself. This means we work on putting together an actionable and scalable social media strategy and content creation process that works for you. Alternatively, we can look at doing ‘lightweight’ or ‘done-with-you’ content creation depending on the circumstances.

What’s the difference between the flexible retainer and the fractional role you offer ?

With a flexible retainer, clients have a set amount of hours and deliverables each month, for example it could be that we agree to 2x calls a month and the creation of a monthly content calendar. Alternatively with a fractional role, we act as an embedded but part-time employee in the business.

What kind of clients do you work wtih?
